My own personal homage to "The Reds". The only true peoples club on Merseyside

What a night, what a game, what a hangover......

As Liverpool FC has played a major part in my early development, it was only fitting that I devote a section of my website to them in honour. Watching a championship winning side from an early age (for £1.20 entrance fee) was an undoubted pleasure. Many games spring to mind from my first visit to Anfield to watch the reserves play from the Main Stand to the 9-0 drubbing of Palace and the heartbreak of losing to Arsenal 1-2 to lose the 1989 seasaon. People such as Shankly with his exuberant passion for football, Paisley with his quiet determined authority and Dalglish who reaped the benefits of such legacies, as a young boy you can hardly fail to be inspired. Below are just a few images of those greats and others that I count amongst my early inspirations.
